The Creeks have specialized in Alzheimer’s and dementia care since 1991. Emphasis is placed on respect for our residents, and acceptance of who they are today, as they continue their life journey. We create an atmosphere of caring and compassion for our residents through every stage of their memory loss.

Each day brings the opportunity to have meaningful interaction with other residents, trained staff members, family and friends. Participation in our varied activity programs provides satisfaction, enjoyment, and a personal sense of worth for our residents.

Living at The Creeks

Each of our communities provides a broad range of services all included in our basic rate. Most important is our specially trained staff providing care around the clock. Full medication management is provided in accordance with each physician’s orders. Our residents enjoy three home cooked healthy meals daily, along with nutritious snacks served several times a day. Resident’s rooms and bathrooms are cleaned each day. Full laundry service is also included. The activity programs include outside entertainers to compliment our wide variety of internal activities. Cedar Creek (Los Gatos), Oak Creek and Willow Creek (Castro Valley) each provide beautiful, secured outdoor environments for our residents to give them the freedom to wander and explore. Bird aviaries, patios and gardens make these natural settings even more inviting.
